You may have come upon this site by divine intervention, or maybe you're looking for a way to truly build your business quicker and more efficiently. Whatever the case I'm glad you're here.

So you're probably asking yourself, "Who is this Westly Lager guy and how can he help ME?"

Well, first let me introduce myself and then I'll get into how I can help you. I actually got started in the home business arena about 6 years ago. However when I first started I definitely went through some struggles. I had some failed attempts that most "newbies" encounter. Now that I'm settled in the industry I've expanded my focus outward.

Aside from growing my business which I'll get to a little later, I also do as much coaching as I possibly can. That is the main reason why I started WestlyLager.net, it allows me to reach as many people as I can. I write articles and offer tips to help anyone and everyone succeed. If you landed on this page, then you we're also subscribed to my newsletter which will show you the tactics I use everyday to build my business.

A lot of "gurus" simply create free newsletters just so they can capture your name and email, but that's not me. The main point of my newsletter is to assist people in achieving a better lifestyle.

So I guess you can say that my business is really that of helping others succeed and I have a lot to offer.

I can show you how to generate more leads, how to turn those leads into customers and have more fun doing it! Also, I can show you how to promote yourself online to get more prospects into your "pipeline." I can show you a road map to success, but you have to put in the time, effort and the energy to actually make it happen. I get right to the point and I always work hard to over-deliver while giving people tons of valuable info.

As you read on, you'll discover that I don't pull punches on this site. I divulge everything I'm doing to successfully build my own business so you can use it in your own.

I created this site to prove to you that I'm truly trying to help you on your path to greatness. Hopefully, after you read this entire site you'll realize that I'm a credible person that isn't trying to hide behind a phony replicated website. If you're anything like me, you've probably wasted a lot of time and money struggling to find out how to succeed with your business. Not only is it possible for ANYBODY to make money online, but I'm going to to do my best to point you in the right direction.

Even though this is still a WEBSITE, I'm going to tell you about who I am as a person. The more you know about me the easier it will be for you to contact me.

So let me tell you a little about myself and how I got my start in this industry.

I Was Born In Northern California...

I actually lived there in Antioch, CA -- for many years few years growing up and graduating from high school. I'm the oldest of four children.

I now live in San Diego, CA (Southern California). Which I chose as the first place to live once my business ventures became profitable.

I was raised KNOWING that I could be anybody, do anything, and have whatever I want in life. I just had to put my mind to it and that's exactly what I have done.

I come from a real good family, with good values and morals. My mother is an amazing women that has always supported me in everything I do. My father is an incredible man and has always found a way to provide everything we needed. But I always had a burning desire to pave my own
way for myself and to acheive the time freedom, the traveling, and the empowering feeling of being your own boss.

Everything about owning my own business turned me on to it, so I was determined to make it a reality. I couldn't imagine living my life any other way. I absolutely love to travel and one of my favorite hobbies (which you'll find out about below) really compliments my desire to travel.

The main reason why I started my own home business was so I could have the true freedom to do what I want when I want.

I tried the JOB (Just Over Broke) route working in a coffee shop
( seen at right ) and even though I loved the people, environment and still love coffee to this day, it just wasn't for me. Some people like it, I couldn't stand it.

I didn't want to be cooped up  all day while I could be doing better things. Like most people my age, I want to see the world. However unlike most others, I want to do it right now. Having a regular job just didn't fit my master plan. Plus, it wouldn't allow me to do the two things I love (below) as much as I do.

 Well I guess I should tell you what one of my hobbies is, I think the picture gives it away. Alright I can't wait any longer, I have to tell you. One of my biggest passions in life is wakeboarding and board sports. I love it, but you'll hear more about that below. There is so many places to do it and I always have a blast even if I wipe out -- I'm telling you at high speeds, water feels just like concrete...lol.

This shot was out on the sacramento river, where in the summer it's so hot but everyone comes out and jet ski's and wakeboard's, and its just a whole lot of people having a great time.

I love to travel, go to places I've never seen and try foods I've never tried. My goal in life is just to go to as many places as possible and experience as many cultures as possible.

I've only scratched the surface of my travelling goals but I have already been able to see alot of cool places and meet alot of great people with the help of being able to work anywhere that I have my laptop and an internet connection.

So How Did I Get Started On The Wild Wild Web

I'm just your average guy that was hit by the "entrepreneurial" dream at the pretty young age of 12, starting with going around the neighbor hood on trash day on my bike with my radio flyer wagon as a trailer and digging through everyone's recycle bins for cans. Then taking them to the recycling center and trading them all in for cash. I'd say around the age of 16 I was psychologically unemployable. Having a couple horrible jobs probably helped.

Around the age of 17 or 18 I started my internet ventures. I was ready to make millions, but I had no idea how. So I joined some of those "get paid to survey" and "get paid surf" programs. Now this was back in high school, but I'm really glad I did join them because they taught me a valuable lesson.

There are TONS of scams out there on the internet masked in innocence and opportunity.

A couple years later, I meet a guy that told me he had the answer I was looking for, so I attended a meeting and was immediately sold once they showed the compensation plan and I started dreaming of the money I could start making and the ability to become financially free within a year or two.

I signed up immediately and everything was great until...

My upline tells me to make a list of 100 people and WORK it. Does that sound familiar? Make a list, cold call, post flyers, go to hotel meetings, pitch anyone and everyone you can find, these are all things your upline never tells you when your first signing up. Who the heck wants to do all that stuff everyday?

Needless to say that didn't last very long.

Then I came across another program that had an even BETTER compensation plan and supposedly had a servoce everyone need, so it would literally sell it's self. So I was sold on the idea again...lol

I figured my past failure was due to the company I was in, and now that I had found the right company, everything would fall in to place for me and I would reach my goals. Now I stayed with this company for nearly a year and a half and I managed to make about $1000 over that period of time, but I learned alot and for that experience I am very thankful

But I still wasn't getting to where I wanted to be. So I started studying successful people and what they did to get to where they were. My idea of a good time was, spending a friday night in Barnes & Noble devouring books in the business section and one common theme to every success story was they had a mentor that was where they wanted to be and they learned everything they could from that mentor until they finally cracked the code.

So after a little while I started to seek out a mentor because well, I never really had one before. Couldn't hurt right? Eventually I ran into this guy on the internet (kind of like how you ran into me). This guy was doing some pretty "backwards" things when it comes to NM and he was getting HUGE results.

So I ended up joining his venture and well...

I won't bore you with the details, but the ONE thing he taught me truly opened the flood gates of success.

It seemed like this big shocker, but it was right in front of my face all along. So I started helping others and things started happening. That is the main reason I put up WestlyLager.net, to help struggling network marketers get the RIGHT information from the start. I started writing training articles for people that weren't even in my organization so I could continually help people achieve results.

How I Automate My Business

There are a lot of people out there always asking me how I automate my business and put it virtually on autopilot. I really don't do any cold calling and most everyone I work with comes directly to me. I'm really just a home business consultant.

All I do is get to know people and find out what their needs are, then I help them join something that's a good fit. It's honestly as simple as that.

How do I automate my business? How do I build credibility and trust with everyone I come in contact with?

Well first you must understand that people are buying YOU! They aren't buying into your business because of the product or comp plan, they join YOU because they feel YOU can truly help them.

Here's a short list of what I use to automate my business...

These systems aren't 100% automated, but they're automated to the point where it brings prospects to contact me via email or phone, and we talk and see if there's a match to do business together.
